Of course, any complaint is barely possible, because of our products’ excellence, but if you decide on such a shocking step, be aware that:
- Complaints are received only on the basis of receipt
- Inform us about your complaint via email ([email protected]) or telephone (91 453 76 35)
- Send us the merchandise with the complaint form and original receipt to:

Merchandise Exchange/return terms
If it turns out, that you don’t like the size or colour of the merchandise you bought, you may return it or exchange for the one you like better within 14 days since receiving the package. The merchandise must be unused and in the same condition you received it. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer. Inform us about merchandise situation via email ([email protected]), then sent the stuff with the original receipt and return form (download below) to:
